Exception is made to the disabled who have limitations to access the library, in which case a duly authorized representative will be allowed to proceed with the loan and collect the material.
  • If there are any restrictions on your library record because of overdue books or unsettled fines, the library will grant you a new loan only when the issue is resolved.
  • Regarding quantity of materials, students are entitled to borrow up to three items. The professors will be entitled to borrow up to five items each time.
  • Return time for students is three business days for books and one day for atlas. Professors have five business days to return books and two days to return atlas. However, if the material is in high demand during test period, academic papers or other activities, the library may shorten the return time or suspend loans.
  • The library does not lend reference materials – compendiums, dictionaries, indexes, catalogues -, rare books, special collections, periodicals, monographs, dissertations and theses.
