Aligned with the values, principles and purposes of the São Leopoldo Mandic College, the SLMandic Customer Service is an institutional communication channel through which you can safely express your opinion and express your wishes, dissatisfaction, suggestions and share compliments regarding SLM, including those relating to São Leopoldo Mandic branches.

 

This service is guided by confidentiality, discretion, impartiality and aims to provide effective communication between you and SLM in the benefit of strengthening of relations, increasing institutional transparency, continuous improvement of care services and activities as well as finances.

In addition to the communication channels described herein, the Customer Service may take place in person in a dedicated meeting room at the Campinas campus. If you prefer this service, please visit the customer service room next to the Library, from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.
